Farewell Jam

Urban Evolution's last jam!!


After March, we will fully be embracing our new name as MindShift Gym and will soon be completing the move to our new facility. This is the last parkour jam we will ever host as Urban Evolution and on Cherokee Avenue. There are a lot of memories here and we welcome you to join us. We will also be selling equipment (vault boxes, trainers, mats) that you can take home with you and keep a little piece of history.

Parkour Schedule
1:30pm-2:30pm women's parkour meetup
2:30pm-7pm open gym for ages 9+ (ages 9-14 require either a white band or an accompanying adult)

Aerials Schedule
2pm-4pm open lyra*
3:15pm-5:15pm open silks*
5:30pm-7:30pm open silks*

*Please note that an intro class is required to participate in open gym for aerials. Please make sure you take the prerequisite class. This is for safety reasons! 
Intro to lyra - Tuesdays at 6:15pm
Intro to silks - Sundays at 11:15am
