End your week right by coming to the contemporary choreography workshop! Expect to get in a good stretch, learn a few 8 counts of choreography and get a good release.
Amanda is dedicated to helping everyone connect to a story, push themselves and let go through the movement. The workshops are designed for all levels so you will get something out of it wherever you are! Don’t hesitate to sign up and learn all about what dance at Urban Evolution has to offer!
Notes: For the hip hop workshop, please wear sneakers. For the contemporary workshop, please wear non-slippery socks, jazz shoes, half-sole shoes, or go barefoot.
