Use this time to learn the rules of the competition courses and learn some tips and techniques that will help you on the day of the competition! We will go over each course (skill, style, and speed) and show some of examples of what you may expect during the competition. Note that the setups in the practice session may not be the same setups as the real competition.

Even if you are not competing on June 8, you are welcome to join this session as a helpful workshop for your parkour techniques. If you decide to sign up for the competition after participating in this practice session, we will put your admission fee toward your registration.

KIDS (ages 9-14) AND ADULTS (15+) are welcome. We also highly recommend taking Intro to Parkour class prior to the competition.
